Yes.

In HBS 3, when creating a backup or sync job with Amazon S3 as the destination and selecting a destination storage space, you can filter the storage space list by selecting Glacier Instant Retrieval.

Note

Ensure you select Replace remote files for the conflict policy. Amazon S3 Glacier Instant Retrieval does not support renaming files.
