Why can't I activate Cayin MediaSign player license?

Applicable products:

  • All NAS series with QTS or QuTS Hero system


1. Please check and make sure you have already installed the  Cayin MediaSign player in the NAS. 

2. Please sign in NAS with the same QNAP ID that you used for purchasing the license in the QNAP software store.
