Why can't I configure destination volume in Qulog Center?

Applicable Products:

QTS 4.5.1 or later

You may encounter issues where you are not able to configure the destination volume for the retention settings in Qulog.

This could be due to the limitation that the following volumes cannot be configured as the destination volume.

The volume is an encrypted volume

The volume has less than 10 percent available capacity

The solution is to create a new volume for Qulog Center usage.

If you do not have other volumes available, the logs can still be downloaded manually by

Open Qulog Center
Go to Local device > System Event Log
Click Export logs and Download
