How do I receive the invoice for purchased myQNAPcloud SSL certificate or other software license?

If you purchased a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate or any other software license and required an invoice for your purchase, follow the steps below to get a copy of your invoice.

For the myQNAPcloud SSL certificate license,

  1. Go to the myQNAPcloud website and sign in using your myQNAPcloud ID (QID).

  2. Go to SSL Certificate > Transaction Record.

  3. Identify your purchased SSL certificate and Click Download to save the invoice in PDF format.


For the software license purchased from QNAP software store,

  1. Go to the QNAP Software Store and sign in using your myQNAPcloud ID (QID).
  2. Click your account name on top-right corner to expand the dropdown menu and select MY ORDERS.
  3. Identify your purchased software license and click View.
  4. Select Invoice tab.
  5. Click Download PDF Invoice to save the invoice in PDF format.
