Why is it not possible to remotely access the QVR server using QVR Pro Client?

Solution
QVR Pro Client does not support redirected host addresses, such as those used by myQNAPcloud Link connections.
The only way to use QVR Pro Client to connect to the NAS is to configure port forwarding to the IP address and port of the NAS.
Important
Port forwarding should only be configured by someone with experience in setting up networks. When not configured correctly, port forwarding may impact the security of your NAS.
