I bought a license for QVR Elite but the system told me that it cannot be installed on my NAS

QVR Elite

Some NAS models such as TS-231K does not support QVR Elite. Please refer to the tutorial below to refund the license: How to get a refund if I have purchased the wrong license product?

Note: The refund process usually takes around 5 to 7 business days.
