QNAP Unveils KoiRetail, a Smart Retail Solution with AI-powered Data Analytics
Taipei, Taiwan, ngày 23 tháng Chín năm 2021 – QNAP® Systems, Inc., a leading computing, networking and storage solution innovator, today unveiled KoiRetail - a Smart Retail Solution that provides AI-powered video analysis to help small stores, retailers and shopping centers gain insights into customer behavior and business performance.
KoiRetail assists users in building business strategies based on in-store customer activities with heatmaps, dwell rates, and active areas. Customer profiles can also be established for greater insights, and everything is accessible through a user-friendly interface.
KoiRetail supports cross-camera detection with re-identification technology on cloud services, which can recognize the same person captured by several cameras at same time, allowing retailers to obtain clear customer profiles for more precise marketing strategy planning.
