QNAP Releases Qfiling: Automate Your File Organization and Boost Productivity

Taipei, Taiwan, April 26, 2017 – QNAP® Systems, Inc. today released the official version of Qfiling v1.0 – an exclusive app that helps automate file organization and increase productivity. Users can greatly benefit from instantly organizing a huge amount of files needed for everyday usage while saving time and enjoying greater convenience.
Qfiling is easy to use and needs only 5 steps to organize a huge number of files spread through multiple folders. Users can categorize files and determine filing conditions; and schedule filing tasks to be carried out periodically. The new “Recipe” function allows users to save frequently-used filing conditions as an “exclusive recipe”, then the next Qfiling task can be run with just one click using the recipe.
“Qfiling incorporates our Qsirch full-text search engine technology to empower its instant categorization and filing,” said Nina Ni, Product Manager of QNAP, adding “with Qfiling, using a QNAP NAS as centralized file storage can maximize file organizational efficiency and improve everyday file management and usage.”
