System can not finish filesystem check because Examination failed (Cannot unmount disk)

Because storage pool/volume is occupied by some processes/services and we need to determine what is still accessing the data volumes for us to stop them.
Login to the NAS via the SSH console and enter command “lsof |grep CACHEDEV1_DATA” (or other volume name) to see the process list using the volume. Then try to stop them one by one, and unmount the volumes for filesystem check.
