Are the NAS flash series capable of running all enterprise VM's currently around 40 including Windows clients/servers?

This depends on Windows OS version (such as Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows 11).
For example, in a Windows 10 with simple application (input/output), the usual usage is:
1 VM = 1 thread for 1 vCPU and 1 GB memory
So, if flash unit TDS-h2489FU CPU has 32 threads and 1 TB system memory (maximum), it can activate 32 VM's at the same time.
