Can non-administrator users play media files directly in File Station instead of downloading them?

By default, the on-the-fly-transcoding function can only be used by administrator group users due to resource management since media transcoding consumes significant CPU and memory resources.
Follow the steps below to allow non-administrator users to play files in File Station.
Solution
After logging in to QTS as an administrator, follow the steps below:
- Open File Station.
- Click the kebab menu at the upper right of your screen, and select Settings.
- Click General, deselect Only allow the admin and administrators group to use on-the-fly transcode, and click Close.
