PCI Expansion card QM2-2P10G1TA does not allow TS-873AU to boot

If after installing the Expansion card QM2-2P10G1TA on a NAS series TS-X73AU model, it is not able to boot or the card is not recognized, this could be because the BIOS version is not yet updated.
