What is the difference between old and new licenses?

All licenses purchased from the old QNAP License Store (https://license2.qnap.com/) are considered old licenses.

New licenses are those purchased from the following sources:

License Center (This application is available in QTS 4.3.4.0483 build 20180213 and later versions.)
The new QNAP License Store (https://license.qnap.com/)

New licenses cannot be used on QTS versions 4.3.4.0435 or older.
