Will data on a remote disk be removed when I click "Delete" in Storage & Snapshots?

No. In Storage & Snapshots > Storage > Remote Disk, when you click Action > Delete on a connected remote disk (that is, an iSCSI LUN on a remote NAS), the system disconnects and removes the remote disk and all its virtual disks and shared folder links from the local NAS.
Although you will no longer be able to access data on the iSCSI LUN from the local NAS, rest assured that the data still exists on the remote NAS. No data on the iSCSI LUN will be deleted.
