Taiwan, Taipei, August 30, 2024 - QNAP® Systems, Inc. (QNAP) recently announced that Surveillance Station, which was available for over 16 years, has reached end of service. From QTS 5.2.0, the OpenSSL security upgrade will make Surveillance Station unusable with QNAP NAS. QNAP encourages all users to migrate to the newer and more advanced QVR Elite, which offers enhanced security surveillance features, a modern user experience, and ensures ongoing data protection. 

QNAP is committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and high-quality services, and migrating from Surveillance Station to QVR Elite will provide dual benefits in terms of security and functionality. If you are currently using Surveillance Station and require assistance migrating to QVR Elite, please contact QNAP Customer Service.

QNAP is grateful for our Surveillance Station users. If you have ever activated a Surveillance Station license on your QNAP Account (QID), you can apply for coupon codes for QNAP Online Stores. After your application is confirmed, you will receive either:

• a 15% off coupon code for promotional NAS models from QNAP Store (refer to Terms & Conditions for exclusive models).
• a 10% off coupon code for the QNAP Software Store.

Application Rules

• Applicant qualification: Surveillance Station users
• Application period: From September 1, 2024, 10:00 (UTC+8) to September 30, 2024, 23:59 (UTC+8)
• Coupon code distribution dates (biweekly):
  For applications submitted between September 1, 2024 and September 15, 2024: the coupon codes will be issued on September 20, 2024.
  For applications submitted between September 16, 2024 and September 30, 2024: the coupon codes will be issued on October 4, 2024.
• Coupon code valid period: From the distribution date till October 31, 2024, 23:59 (UTC+8).

Terms & Conditions

1. Coupon Code Exclusion: 
   The QNAP Store coupon code cannot be used to purchase one the following product series: ES2486dc, ES1686dc, TDS-h2489FU, TS-h2490FU, TS-h1090FU, TS-h3077AFU
2. Coupon Code Usage Restrictions:
   The coupon codes provided via this campaign can only be used once to reduce the total amount at checkout on one of the QNAP EU/US/UK/TW Stores, and QNAP Software Store.
   Each QID can only apply for one set of coupon codes, and the codes can only be used within the countries served by the QNAP Stores.
3. Coupon Code Cannot Be Combined with Other Offers:
   The coupon codes in this campaign cannot be used with other promotional offers. Any QNAP products or licenses that have already adopted a promotional discount are not eligible for this campaign.
