QNAP TS-659 Pro II Turbo NAS Tops NAS Roundup on InfoWorld.com
Taipei, Taiwan, October 26, 2011 – QNAP® Inc.’s TS-659 Pro II Turbo NAS was highly praised by the US tech website, InfoWorld.com, with the highest score of 8.4 out of 10 in a round-up review among five NAS brands.
The reviewer, Desmond Fuller, pointed out that the TS-659 Pro II shined in the performance tests and it was the top performer of every category. Furthermore, the well organized features and clean GUI provide users quick access to the functions they need. “QNAP -- the overall winner -- strikes the best balance among power, ease, and price,” Desmond Fuller commented.
The QNAP TS-659 Pro II Turbo NAS is a business-class network-attached storage which incorporates an Intel® Atom™ 1.8GHz Dual-core Processor, 1GB RAM (expandable RAM, up to 3GB), and can house up to six hot-swappable and lockable 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch SATA hard drives. The TS-659 Pro II is also equipped with dual Ethernet ports, supports 2 high-speed USB 3.0 ports, 4 USB 2.0 ports and 2 eSATA ports for easy external backup.
