Why is the 5 GHz wireless option unavailable in my QHora-301W router?

Overview

The 5 GHz frequency for virtual access points could be unavailable because the router is operating in the Basic Wireless Mode.

You can follow the below steps to check and change the wireless regulatory domain settings on the router.

Solution

Log into QuRouter.
Check if the Basic Wireless Mode status is displayed in the Dashboard.
Click on Basic Wireless Mode.
Select the current location of the device.
Click OK.

QuRouter enables all the wireless functions of the router.
