Why is QVPN on my client device unable to connect to a NordVPN server using my NordVPN account?

Starting June 14, 2023, NordVPN updated its login process for third-party apps and routers, preventing you from using your NordVPN email, username, or password to authenticate your connection.
- Log in to your NordVPN account on the NordVPN website.
- In the dashboard, click NordVPN.
- Navigate to the Manual setup section, and then click Set up NordVPN manually.
NordVPN sends a verification code to your email address that you use for NordVPN services. - Enter the code to on the verification page.
- In the Service credentials (manual setup) section, locate the username and password.
- Click the copy icon to copy the credentials.
- Open QVPN on your client device.
- Click Add Manually.
- Enter your NordVPN credentials and other VPN information.
- Click Save and then click Connect.
