What should I do if I delete files from my PC/Mac but can't find the deleted files in bin?

If you can't find the files in @Recycle folder after deleting them in Windows File Explorer or macOS Finder, follow the procedures below to check if Network Recycle Bin is correctly enabled.

Login QTS as an administrator

Open Control Panel

Find Network & File services > Network Recycle Bin
- Tick on Enable Network Recycle Bin

Find Privilege > Shared Folders

Locate the Shared Folder in question and click on Edit Property
- Tick on Enable Network Recycle Bin

Note: Empty folder and zero-size file will be deleted directly without moving to Network Recycle Bin.
