QNAP Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "QNAP") and ULINK TECHNOLOGY,INC. (hereinafter referred to as "ULINK") together(collectively referred to as "we" or "us") provide you with the services by using DA Drive Analyzer. You should read and comply the [QNAP End-User License Agreement] and [ ULINK End-User License Agreement]. We understand your concerns about privacy, and the [QNAP Privacy Policy] and [ULINK Privacy Policy] explains in detail what data we collect, why we collect this data, how do we process your personal data and how to protect it.
Please read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses exempting or restricting QNAP’s liability, clauses restricting user rights, etc., as well as separate agreements or rules for opening or using a certain service. Unless you have carefully read, fully understood and accepted all the terms of the [QNAP End-User License Agreement], [ULINK End-User License Agreement], [QNAP Privacy Policy] and [ULINK Privacy Policy], please do not provide your information when requested and stop using our services.
