The default username of the QTS administrator account is "admin". The default administrator account password depends on your version of QTS.
Details
For QTS versions 4.4.2 or later, the default administrator password is the first MAC address of the NAS in uppercase letters and without special characters. You can find the MAC address in Qfinder Pro or the MAC address sticker.
For example, if the first MAC address of a NAS is 00-08-9B-F6-15-75, then the default administrator account password is "00089BF61575".

For QTS versions 4.4.1 or earlier, the default administrator password is "admin". This means that the default administrator login credentials are:
