Can I use WOL to boot into a Windows PC that has an IP address automatically obtained by DHCP?

Yes, QWU-1000 should be possible to boot the Windows PC, if the device is configured to accept Magic Packets. Magic packets are sent to the MAC address. Please remember that WOL needs to be enabled on Windows computers.
