Why the transferring speed in HBS is much more slow than the testing speed?

The speed test was a quick check with the bandwidth, therefore the real transferring speed depends on both side resources, writing speed in target.
The "Total transferring speed" is an average value which will be dragged down if you are transferring many small files.
Just like you transfer 1,000 files with 10 MB each will get slower average speed than only one 10 GB file transferring in your PC/MAC.
You can click Details button to check the speed of single file.
If you want to do some speed test, try to set a sync job without any compression and encryption, sync just one big file about 10 GB which will be more precisely.
