QXG-10G1T (LN-10G1TB) connected 10Gb port but doesn’t perform in 10Gb link mode normally

Applied models:

All NAS Series or installed on PC

Applied Firmware:

All QTS Firmware Versions

A. Download the new firmware of QXG-10G1T “atltool_qxg10g1t.tar”
B. Perform the following steps:

1. Upload atltool_qxg10g1t.tar to some share folder, for example: Public

2. Login SSH console and login as admin, then enter these commands:

I. cd /share/Public (assuming uploaded to Public)

II. tar zxvf atltool_tool_qxg10g1t.tar.gz

III. cd atltool

IV. ./qxg-10g1t_update.sh

3. Restart NAS then double confirm the link mode about QXG NIC
