Although parental controls and firewall may have similar features, their functions never conflict or influence the same behavior on the router. Parental control is a firewall feature that allows users to create a list of blocked websites and filters web content. However, firewall prevents your device from potential intrusions and unauthorized access, and allows users to set up approval policies across a broad network.
If you configure both parental controls and firewall on QuRouter, firewall rules are assigned higher priority.
