What can I do if I have the Twonky license but failed to activate it on NAS?

If you are trying to activate your Twonky license and you realized that your license key has 32 characters, and you are not able to input them in the activation page because only the license form only allows 25 characters (License Key). In this case, you probably purchased the License directly from Lynx before, and the license is not compatible with QNAP NAS.
