How do I check if my files/folders have been accessed?

Introduction

You can monitor access to your files and folders by configuring QuLog Center to record logs of file/folder access.


Configuring file/folder access logs in QuLog Center 

  1. Open QuLog Center.
  2. Go to Local device > Log Settings.
  3. Go to the Access Log Settings tab.
  4. Go to Connection Types.
  5. Select the connection types you want to monitor. When a file/folder is accessed through this connection type, a log will be generated.
  6. Click Apply.

Viewing file/folder access logs in QuLog Center

  1. Open QuLog Center.
  2. Go to Local device > Access Log.
    The access log table is displayed. If a file/folder was accessed, the file/folder name will appear in the Accessed Resources column of the log.
    Tip
    You can also search access logs for the file/folder by entering the file/folder name in the search bar.
