Case 1: Purchased from the myQNAPcloud website
If you purchase a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate from the myQNAPcloud website, you can view your license at:
https://www.myqnapcloud.com/u#!/ssl_certificate
The license validity period starts when the SSL license is activated.
After purchase, the license is not activated immediately.
Activation occurs when you download and install the SSL certificate on your NAS.
You can purchase a license first and apply it later when needed.
Case 2: Purchased from the QNAP Software Store
If you purchase a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate from the QNAP Software Store, you can view your license at:
https://license.qnap.com/#!/my_license
The license validity period starts on the day you purchase the license (when the transaction is completed).
Check license validity on the NAS
For both purchase platforms, once the SSL certificate has been installed, you can check your license validity period on the NAS. Go to myQNAPcloud > SSL Certificate.
