Why does product registration for extended warranty not accept my serial number?

Solution

You should check if you have entered the correct serial number, and ensure that similar-looking characters are not used. For example:

the letter 'B' or the number '8'
the letter 'I' or the number '1'
the letter 'O' or the number '0'
