Why am I not able to backup my Microsoft/Google domain account data after updating Boxafe 2.0?

Procedure
Please ensure that you have purchased a license for Boxafe 2.0 from the QNAP software store and activated the Boxafe license in the NAS License center.
Once you have confirmed that the Boxafe license is active in the NAS License center and the Boxafe 2.0 user interface displays the "License Information" (located in the top right corner) showing a purchased license for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to the Boxafe Domains section.
2. Navigate to the Domain settings and select the Users page.
3. Choose all the user accounts associated with your domain.
4. Click on "Actions" and then select "Licenses."
5. Finally, click on the "Assign" option to activate the Boxafe license for all the existing user accounts within your domain.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully assign the Boxafe license to all the relevant domain user accounts, enabling you to backup your Microsoft/Google domain account data with Boxafe 2.0.
