How to use Boxafe after downgrading from QTS 5.0.x to QTS 4.5.x?

Problem
If you were using Boxafe on QTS 5.0.x and downgrade to QTS 4.5.x, Boxafe will not work .
Cause
Boxafe on QTS 5.0 uses MongoDB 4.2 and Boxafe on QTS 4.5.x uses MongoDB 4.0. MongoDB is not automatically downgraded, causing Boxafe to stop working.
Solution
- Go to App Center.
- Find Boxafe in My Apps.
- Click
> Stop.
- Downgrade MongoDB from 4.2 to 4.0. Consult the following documentation for more information: https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/release-notes/4.2-downgrade-standalone/
- Start the Boxafe App.
- Boxafe should be working as expected.
