What should I do if meeting the message "The windows version is not supported" while installing Qsync Client?

If you meet the following message while installing Qsync Client:

Qsync Client 5.0.4.1523
This windows version is not supported.
Qsync Client 5.0.4.1523 supports the following operating systems: Windows 8 or later, Windows Server 2012 R2 or later.

Although the message says the current Windows version is not supported, however you can still press "OK" to continue the Qsync Client installation and use basic Qsync function. This version of Qsync client which has some new functions not supported in an End-of-support Windows System brings the message.

Besides, if you encounter the message which probably means you are using an old version of Windows System, you may need to follow the steps in the link below to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 since they are not enabled by default in your Windows System.
