If you can’t connect to the QNAP Turbo NAS automatically, please check the settings below:
- Make sure that Netbak Replicator is not blocked by firewall or antivirus programs. If it is, please unblock it.
- Make sure there are no other network drives connected to the same Turbo NAS. If there are, please disconnect them and run Netbak Replicator again.
- Make sure the Turbo NAS is set to use DHCP and please set a static IP for the Turbo NAS.
- Make sure that the account ID and password have not been modified, and please reconnect to the Turbo NAS again.
