I cannot see file-based LUN when I create a LUN

Answer:

Some newer models do not support file-based LUN. Only block-based LUN support all the new features provided by QTS 4.0. File-based LUN will remain for compatibility issues for older NAS models. It is fully recommended to use block-based LUN.
