Data da última modificação: 2024-05-22

Software

  • QuFirewall 2.4.1 and later

Operating Systems

  • QTS
  • QuTS hero

Scenario

If you're unable to access your QNAP NAS, investigate potential changes in your device's firewall settings, including both Security and QuFirewall applications. It's possible your device's IP address was unintentionally added to a deny rule within either firewall, blocking its access to the NAS.

Workaround

If you are unable to access your QNAP NAS using your Windows or macOS device, explore these suggested workarounds as troubleshooting measures:

QuFirewall Configuration and Management

Unblock your device's IP address in QuFirewall, and then add the IP address to the allow list.
For details, see Did QuFirewall block my device, preventing it from connecting to the NAS?.

QTS Security Configuration and Management

  1. Connect a different computer that can access the NAS.
