Why can't I download an opened PDF from the browser?

Symptom
In some browsers, double-clicking a PDF in File Station opens the file in a new tab. If you click the download button in the PDF header bar, the file fails to download.
Solution
To download PDFs. QNAP recommends users download the file directly from File Station with the following process.
- Open File Station.
- Locate a PDF.
- Right-click the file and select Download from the context menu.
This issue is caused by limitations in how the browsers themselves handle file management.
