What to do if you receive an HBS Sync Job Error : “Truncated on Receiver”?

This error is caused by the source file with invalid timestamp such as showing future time. More details can be found in this rsync error article.
What to do:

Sync Job failed due to an error truncated on the receiver." Attempting to retry. Error code: 1." which can be seen in the Sync job report logs.

Check the file reported with error and take note of the locations.

Locate the file in the File Station and verify the timestamps

Try to rename the file or modify then save to update the Timestamp.

Try to run the Sync Job again.
