Why the Multimedia Console can't generate thumbnails?

It is possible that the codec necessary to read the media file is not available, in this case, make sure you have the CAYIN MediaSign Player installed in your NAS in the App Center, and activate the Basic license (free), it will allow the Multimedia Console to read a greater variety of media files.
