I just bought a Surveillance Station license but failed to activate it on my NAS

Scenarios:
I just bought a Surveillance Station from QNAP Software Store but failed to activate it. Then I realized the license is not compatible with my old QTS 4.2.6. Can you please help to change it to an old license?
Solution:
This license type can only be activated for QTS 4.3.4.0483 and higher, therefore, you will need to return it via Software Store > My Account > My Orders > ReturnOrder button. The refund process usually takes 5-7 business days.
For old QTS versions, please go to the old license store via 'QTS 4.3.4 or older' button or click the link below: https://license2.qnap.com/
After receiving the license, you can activate it on the NAS via App Center > My Licenses.
