How do I hide the folder when users have no permissions?

Unfortunately it is not possible to hide the folder only for the users that have no permissions to access it, but it is possible to hide the folder completely and only those users who know the specific path can still access the folder.
This can be done by editing the folder properties and check the option “Hide network drive”. Selecting this option hides the folder in File Station and Windows networks.
