Antivirus software moves the affected files to a hidden quarantine folder which is not accessible by File Station in QTS or Windows File Explorer/macOS Finder.
If you need direct access to the affected files, click here to learn using WinSCP to access QTS at the system level. The folder path of the quarantine folder is QTS_System_Volume/.antivirus/quarantine.
