Why the search in Download Station is not finding results?

The Download Station is the most suitable app to download the content you want, so to have the search function operating normally and finding the results you are looking for, it is important to agree with the searching terms, if you have forgotten to agree or have denied previously, it would not be functional.
In case you do not remember, if you have denied before and wish to agree with the terms, please, refer to the following picture below showing where to locate those terms to be agreed, so you can enable the search option in your app.
If even after enabling the option or re-agreeing with the terms, the Download Station is still not showing any results on your search, please, it is recommended to open a support request through QNAP Service Portal.
