Why I can't open Media streaming add-on(DLNA)?

If you are not able to open the application it could be that the application gets corrupted or is not compatible with the current firmware version. In this case you will need to reinstall it manually.
Please download the application from QNAP App Center and reinstall it manually. If you do not know how to install it, please check this guide.
