Why can’t I successfully connect to the remote in snapshot replica?

Applied models:

  • All NAS Series

Applied Firmware:

  • All QTS Firmware Versions


Please confirm the following:

  1. The IP and account password are correct.

  2. The account must be in Administrators group.

  3. SSH needs to be enabled in destination NAS.

  4. If using a user in Administrators group(not Admin) to connect, the  destination NAS must be updated to QTS 4.5.4.
