How to connect to NAS Radius Server from a Windows 11 PC?

Procedure

On Windows 11 PC, perform the following:

Open Registry Editor.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RasMan\PPP\EAP\13
Right click > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Rename the value name to "TlsVersion"
Right click on the value > Modify.
Change the Value Data to "FC0" and click OK.
Reboot and connect to Wi-Fi.
