Why are some NAS folders not displayed on my Windows device?
Applicable Products
All NAS series
Limitation
This issue commonly occurs if the NAS folder name includes a trailing space. While QNAP devices allow trailing spaces, Windows can't correctly process these directories.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can use File Station to remove the trailing space from the folder name. The folder should then be immediately visible in Windows.
