How to connect to NAS Radius Server from a Windows 11 PC?

Procedure
On Windows 11 PC, perform the following:
- Open Registry Editor.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RasMan\PPP\EAP\13
- Right click > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
- Rename the value name to "TlsVersion"
- Right click on the value > Modify.
- Change the Value Data to "FC0" and click OK.
- Reboot and connect to Wi-Fi.
