Why can my QVR Pro Client hear the camera audio on Live View mode but Playback mode cannot? (ONVIF camera)

If your camera configuration is selected the ONVIF model, please make sure the audio option can be bound in the setup page as below picture. If not, it means the ONVIF protocol of camera has not claimed it could support the audio feature so QNAP won’t display it.
In Live View mode, if you still can hear the camera audio but the Playback mode cannot. It usually is the camera issue and you must contact the camera vendor if any new camera firmware could solve it.
