Why is my subscription license auto renewal? How to disable it?

I bought a subscription license and found it is auto renewal on my NAS every month. I already deactivated the license but the renewal still auto continues, how to disable it?
Solution:
The renewal setting for all subscription products default is enabled. If you need to cancel the subscriptions, please manage it from the "My Subscriptions" page of the Software Store.
