Is it possible to assign multiple IPs to one Network adapter?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have multiple IPs assigned to one single network adapter directly, but depending on your needs you could for example use a Virtual switch which will allow you to work via software with multiple software devices (for example VM, containers...) working with different IPs using the same physical port.
